ABS Light on Infiniti G20 1993

The ABS light on my '93 G20 comes on when I'm driving it. It may do this for days. Then it will go off again. Also atimes, when the vehicle is in neutral or park, the engine RPM runs as high as 1.5; which is not normal. Can any one tell me what the problem is? and how I can solve it .Thanks
