about to repack wheel bearing grease on QX4...

I'm about to try repacking the front wheel bearing grease on my 2001 QX4. I've got my new rubber seals, and hi-temp grease. Any suggestions/recommendations/advice/or things to keep in mind while doing this job, from those that have done it before??thanks!
