oh yeah, how well do they shift? i appreciate a smooth and solid feeling shifter. i couldn't stand the shifter on an 03 altima 3.5se that i drove. i figure the g35 would be better though since its rwd.

Since these engines have a 1 in thousand or 1 in a hundred chance of having weak ring tension, ALWAYS make sure there are LEGAL Nissan acceptable oil change receipts showing at least 7,500 mile changes.

I would want a signed document from a dealer officer that sufficient oil changes were documented for Nissan to agree that the engine had been serviced to STANDARD.

this is good to know. the car i'm interested in is an 05 with only 8k miles. hopefully it has documented oil changes.
