If you tried cleaning it and nothing changed, replace the MAF.
As stated in my first post, P0100 (mass air flow sensor) is causing the stalling.
It's *possible* that the other code is your evap canister or fuel lines, and if the leak is big enough, it could cause low enough pressure to stall the car, but that's a bit of a stretch. Since it sometimes disappears, I bet your evap canister purge valve is sticking. You can try oiling it yourself or just replace it. It's tough to find the valve by itself, though, so you'll probably have to replace the entire canister. It's pretty cheap regardless (~ $150 US)
