A little help with the sig

Sorry about posting in here but could anyone help me.......prepare yourself for a stupid question, How do i get a picture in my sig, i cant to it .........thats me on the left, and again on the right lol

you have to have an image hosted online, like in photobucket, then you copy the url and put it between the IMG /IMG tags
