A/f gauge hookup

Aright i just got my sr20det motor in my sentra and running i was wondering were do i hook the purple wire to i heard its better to hook it to the computer then the o2 sensor get some opinions and wire colors so i can hook it up thanks

Your best bet is to put in a wideband O2 sensor rather than a rich/stoic/lean gauge. The basic A/F gauges really don't tell you anything.

That said, if you want it anyway, tap off whichever wire is easiest to get to. The signal should be the same.

yea ill end up getting a wideband around income tax time but for right now this will do which wire on o2 sensor theres red white and black do i hook it into

Red is power, black is ground, white is signal. Use the white.
