A/C compressor Short cycles

Got a 2015 that compressor short cycles runs for 10 to 15 seconds and A/c never get cold.
bad thermistor or Thermo Control Amplifier?

Car A/C never gets COLD.

I have a 2009 Versa that the compressor also runs for 8 seconds, then shuts off for 8 seconds. It will constantly do this as long as the ac is engaged. My freon pressure is 50 over 230 while compressing. The pressure never rises over 250 or drops below 40. I replaced the pressure switch by the condensor to no avail.

You can review the AC system and diagnoses in the FSM. I'd spend a little of my time on it, then I'd haul it into an AC specialist and have them run a diagnoses and recommendation. The manual diagnoses steps seems to start on page 31 of the MTC chapter (page 22 if you have some consult tool things).
