labor rates very across the country we are $95 an hour and charge 4 hrs for a straight T-belt R&R if your cam seals are leaking its another hour for both(if one is leaking do both) if the water pump is seaping its an addition half hour to replace it. keep in mind though your belts not due for replacement till 105k. So you have some time for this.

The squeeking noise could be anything from drive belts to water pump bearing seal(which I have seen a couple times on the pathy. The T-bely has to be R&R to get to the water pump so your looking at full pop if the pump is the source of the noise. If it is not the drive belts the other common proplem is glazing of the idler pulley surfaces. the price of these pullies I am not sure about but if you do the belts with the pullies it shouldnt be more then an hour and a half labor.
