Ok folks here is my problem, I removed the square looking box that is between the TB and the MAF, and installed air breathers to where the air hoses plug in(valve cover and intake manifold I believe) and whenever I start the car the idle is rough and after a few seconds the car stalls. But if I leave in its place my car runs fine. Ive seen some engine bays without that thing on so I know for a fact the the car can run without it. Can anyone tell me what am I doing wrong?

I would really appreciate any info you guys have, thanks!!

Welcome to NICO.

I'm not sure what you are trying to accomplish. Your so-called 'air breathers' introduces intake leaks, causing fuel-air ratio control problem and thus rough idling and stalling.
