98 pignose help please

my coolent is bubbling from the resevoir, and smoking white.bubbling from the radiator when i take the cap off.i heard this is due to air pockets in the cooling system i was wondering if any one could show me a legit write up on this.

and im hearing the "marble in the tin can" noise and i heard this is due to the timing chain guide.

also looking for a write up on this......thank you in advance
