97 240sx se wont start!

i have a 97 nissan 240 sx se. it has the ka24de engine in it. i just replaced the engine about a month ago, but since the swap the car wont start. i have tried alot of thing to remedy this but to no avail. i have set the timing over and over again. i have got spark but it seems to me that the car is not getting any fuel. the injectors are new.i have gone over the wiring harness again and again. checked all the fuses and relays. compression test came out fine #1-210 #2-180 #3-180 #4-210. fuel pressure is 34 w/vac. 43 w/o. plugs and wires are new. put oil down in the engine for a leak down test all compression stayed bout the same.
