Ok one more gripe. This one is legit. The accelerator pedal sticks at idle? Mostly happens at stops, in traffic or lights. What gives? I read about this one some where thought it was here. Any one have a fix?

It is very random, but you have to give it a push and it pops and it lurches since you just punched it..lol. At least that part is right!

I assume this is some linkage or cable issue.

I lucked up and found that before I spent a dime. Cost me a buck ninety nine to fix and not stuck since. And if it does, I have two more dollars left...

Well, at this point all is well on the truck. So I am trying to stay out from under the hood and under the wheel instead! Next step is to do the timing belt, water pump and cam seal. After that I hope to see the other side of 200,000 miles before I have to look up under the hood again. Aside from the oil changes that is. Wish me luck!
