Since the weather has started to turn colder in this part of the country, I noticed the heater is not getting as warm as it use too. The car starts and warms up as normal, and the temp gauge is in the middle as normal.I ran digs as indicated in the factory service manual and all comes back normal. Any ideas?

Hey Ron, welcome to NICO. Always great to have another member from Louisville.

If the temp gauge is getting into the normal range as you said; I'd look at the blend door to see if it is not closing, therefore letting cold air into the air box.

Usually this is a simple fix: just check your coolant level. If it's low, your heater won't warm up. I used to have an Acura Legend and had this problem as well. A friend's sister also had the same problem and it was low coolant as well. Your temp gauge may not reflect the low coolant level either, check it. I'd bet it's as simple as that. Good luck.
