Car won't program. Per the directions the hazard lights never flash (which indicates the car has entered programming mode). Any suggestions as to where to start to correct this?

I'd try the online service manual on this type of thing, or Nissan dealer for info.
The OSM can be found in our "everything you need to know...Z32" sticky on top of the page.
