Ok, so I have been looking at 240's to buy. My price range absolutely max's at $5000, so I have mainly looked at s13 hatch's. Lately I have noticed a few '95's in my area for $4-5k so I have been thinking about getting the newer car (I can't decide between the s13 and s14 since they both look so nice  ) since it should be more comfortable. less wear, etc. I also hear it's a little bigger, which I like.

So anyway, to the point of the post. I have been seeing people talk about how the '95 and '96 model s14's have slightly different front grill's and I just can't see it. Can anyone point this out for me, maybe show some pictures? I am thinking that if I can get a '95 s14 and the '96 actually looks noticebly better, I could just replace that grill. Any insight into this for me?

My '96 has a '95 grill for some reason. You can see several pics of my car on my cardomain site in my sig if you're interested. Both grills look just fine to me. :)

yea, there pretty close. Anyways bomex makes grill's if you dont like the one in the car. In the 96, its more of an open hole, and in the 95 is horizontal lines.

Hows this??

Top: 95' grill I picked up from the JY to add to the "shrine" Middle: My 96' ruby pearl grill Bottom: S14 silvia grill (pulled for this shoot and broke the damned aged middle, bottom retaining clip doh)

The 95 grill has been just kicked around after I got my Silvia grill from my girl. I alternate the 96 and silvia grill on my car from time to time for fun. Which ever isnt on the car (silvia now) is in the shrine (one nissan badge and the key are from my first car the 91' :rip: )

I got'z grill'z, and that should make everything crystal clear.... No?
