Does it get worse as you go up through the RPM range or does it stay the same?

yeah ive been listening more and more and it sounds like its in the rear so im thinking maybe a wheel bearing or something with the rear end its sounds like metal on metal and it just seems to go randomly like cruising at 60 it wont do it but if i get on it, it starts also just blew a fuse 100a and the ****ing thing wont come out its greatt

Could be the carrier bearing for the driveshaft.

It'll be external.
