I'm new here so go easy... wondering what are the major differences between these 240sx model years. 95 & 96. I've been told that if i'm considering an sr20 swap, then the '95 is preffered. Is this true? and if so, why?

Depending on smog laws in your state, they plug directly into the computers on 96+ vehicles. You can ask for a checklist of what gets checked during a smog inspection, from any certified smog inspection spot.
