95 nissan maxima power window problems

my driver side window constantly falls of track which i can put back/ but the back right window seems like it not moving with wat ever supussed to move the window. when i put it down it jsut falls wen i put it up it will go up idk tell me wat u thikn

Rear windows are known for window regulators. Plastic on regulators become brittle and seperate and cable will seize in that position whether up or down.As far as the front window channel rubbers are known to wear out or pull door panel off and look to see if window hold down glue has come undone (it what secures the glass to the plastic) If that is it your could jusr use soome epoxy and reglue it or replaced the window rubber and readjust window regulator Hope this helps
