You can use the SE-R transmission with any of the SR swaps to include the clutch and flywheel.

You use the wiring harness in the car for any of the SR swaps.

The only plug you will not use on the harness is for the EGR. Everything else plugs right up. If you are using a JDM ecu, make sure you use the JDM sensors, such as MAF, water temp & o2. If you use a usdm ecu that has been reprogrammed you will use the usdm sensors.

The JDM motor will come with the jdm sensors already.

You will obviously going to need the clutch pedal assembly for the 5 speed and either the 5 speed brake pedal or cut your auto in half. You will have to run clutch cable through the firewall. It can be done, just will be time consuming.

ACT or Clutchnet. Depending on the power, depends on what type of pressure plate/disc combination. I have the Heavy Duty clutchnet pressure plate and 6 puck sprung disc which supports 320lbs, which I'm pretty close to.
