94 Timing Belt rough idle

OK, any help is appriciated. Timing belt broke going 2mph in reverse while visiting Marthas Vineyard last weekend, We replaced the belt set the proper timing put it all back together and now it runs really rough...almost like its not running on all cylinders. 94 V6 3.0 5sp... Any ideas? I need to get this truck off the island and back to connecticut with all my tools.

You're probably off a tooth. count teeth between the pulleys. (I have 3.3 and it always seems to want to be one short between the cam (drivers) pulley and Crank.
