94 q45 how to remove idle pully bearing

well i just bought a 94 q45 and my idle pully stopped spinning well. so i decided to open it up and i found out that the half of my ball bearings exploded. i have tried to figure out to remove the idle pully bearing but i cant figure it out. please help me with information as to how i would remove the idle pully bearing? thanks.
