Zman, to do all of those repairs would be quite time consuming! There are many things you need to consider. First, with that many miles you are going to have to replace more than just those parts you mentioned. When doing the timing belt, consider replacing the four camshaft seals, and crankshaft oil seal. With the mileage, go ahead and replace the timing belt tensioner. Also consider the water pump and thermostat, consider those since you are in that area anyway.Moving on to the valve covers, the two intake valve covers have gaskets, and the exhaust covers have sealer. We use the red sealer you can purchase from infiniti or nissan (quality stuff). Plenum gasket, two PCV valves along with the hoses.Go ahead and replace the fuel hoses while you are there. A very good time to clean the EGR tubes, and you might think about the knock sensor and harness considering the mileage. The engine rear main oil seal requires removing the transmission, you do NOT have to remove the crankshaft to replace the seal. Whewww, I'm getting tired thinking about this repair. JKIf you are mechanically inclined and going to do the work yourself, allow alot of time for the repairs since this is most likely your first time.I've been with Nissan and Infiniti for 25 years and all these repairs at once is quite a lenghty project. In the long run, if you replace the mentioned parts while you have the engine at that state, will save you alot of time, money and aggravation in the future!Good Luck...
