I am looking at a vert....I was about 85% sure about wanting to pick it up.....now...110% sure. 10 times better than when it rolled of the assembly line. Very nice job.

Thanks guys. You live in FL, so you should get one and enjoy. Most of all, you can be a part of this great vert community. Everyone here helps each other with repair, upgrade and maintenance...etc. Hope you find one soon.

Yes I am learning that fast. I was amazed at the info in this thread alone. Excelent shots of the parts. True sign of a love for the 240 when you have parts some people have never seen befor. I don't remember seeing the question...ever planning on a swap? IMO SR with all the oe parts like a/c and intercooler piping would be awesome. As common as the SR swap is, one done in the mannor as the rest of your car would be a thing of beauty

What happened? Cleaning?

What's the deal with your downpipe? Is that a thermal blanket or what?

You had me thinking Nemo had another update for us...

Since I had my hopes up, how about some updates?

Haha...Not much to show at the moment. I did some performance upgrade when I did 5 speed swap.

- B&M short shifter- 1 piece aluminum drive shaft- Fidanza aluminum flywheel

I didn't know KA can be like this. It's very quick and a lot of fun now.

I also took care of some small stuff like replacing front speakers, jdm power folding mirrors installation...etc. More pics will come soon.

What you see in this thread is all I have, so check this thread from the beginning. My next upgrade will be z32 brake and 5-speed swap.

Okay, there is a small price to pay. It looks like spray paint needs some time to cure, so I smell paint burning when I drive. I freaked out before I figured what it was. It's slowly going away though. I checked the pipe and they look good. No burning or peeling.

It used to be. I had air filter in my engine room and it was functional. You have to remove plastic trims right behind headlight cover and under the hood to make it work. Later, I added extension and now the filter seats right behind little grill under driver side blinker.

This car is nothing special. It's just clean. I'll be really proud of it if it has SR or 5-speed. Trust me. It's slow, but I'm getting there.

I've been following this guy's project for a long time. He's my inspiration. Save lots of pics in your 240 inspiration folder!!! http://www.sillbeer.com

If you find a finer comb than mine, let me know. I have to get that.

Thanks!!! Welcome to Nico!!

Alright, finally I took some pictures this morning. Nothing major... I've been installing some small parts. It wasn't fun working on wiring stuff under the dash in this hot weather though. I hope you guys like it. Here we go...

- JDM power folding mirrors

They are not even when folded because of the swapped bases, but I'm very happy with power mirror feature. I highly recommend power mirror or power folding mirror. It's fairly easy to install.

- Front speakers, 180sx optional tweeters and coversI've seen 2 sets so far in the U.S., and it's one of them.

Looks like this when door is closed. Pretty neat, huh?

My front speakers were blown, so I replace them. Dented speaker covers were replaced with jdm optional covers as well. I don't know what acoustic equalizer sound is, but I wish I had it.

I pressure washed door panel fabric when the door panel was out of the car, and it turned out very nice. My tip is don't use any kind of fabric cleaner, just some liquid/foam soap and pressure wash will do the job.

- G-Corporation scuff plates and center trimI have to thank my buddy who went to Japan for vacation and visited G-Corporation to drop these off and bring them back to the U.S. for me. I couldn't have done it without his help. THANK YOU!!!

Quality of this scuff plate is just amazing. Just the way I like it. TOP NOTCH!!!

This center console trim is only one in the world. I mean for LHD s13. They don't do this modification anymore because they said it's very tough to do, and people are not willing to pay for it. I feel very lucky!!

- LED Key RingI have blue LED right now, but just ordered white LED to match up with instrument panel lights. I'll see which one looks better, but I might keep the blue one.

- NISMO GT Titanium shift knobIt took forever for me to get this knob, but it's my favorite part on my car right now. It feels amazing with B&M short shifter.

Just some random shots of my car.

You mean with my car? No.

But I went there last month(3rd week of July) for vacation. Flew to Miami, rented a car, dropped by Key West, Orlando, Daytona Beach, Ocala and flew back home from Pensacola. We had a blast, but weather sucked.

VERY nice touches, Nemo. You keep making your car more unique and more stylish with every modification. The changes are so subtle though, that if you weren't pointing them out, no one would ever even notice at first glance.

I love your car. It's definitely one of my favorites, and it's an inspiration to us all.

This car is one of the (probably THE) best examples of understated mods that are functional, elegant and make us all jealous.

Great job, keep sending us mere mortals pictures.

I just chopped off my B&M shifter to make it shorter. I just love it. It looks better and performs better.

Very cool. Looks like it feels good. I know when I switched to the short shifter I loved it...and shorter would even feel more sporty. Looking great as always!!!

Last Saturday, I just finished z32 brake swap front and back. I'm pretty happy with the result.

Yesterday, I was opening the top and BAM!!! Plastic clip broke on my driver's side. I took it out last night and full repair write up will follow.
