'92 q45: vibration on acceleration

I have noted a slight vibrationwhile accelerating from about 15-30mph; it is not noticable when accelerating above that. My mileage is 87k.

Are there any bearings/u-joints that need to be looked at or serviced in the q45 drivetrain?

i have been experiencing something similarnew rims and tires tie rod ends etsminor vibration from 7-18mph my mechanic says it is from my exhaust which is not stock and is rippin loud but i think not

Obviously tire/wheel vibrations are much more common thus the thousands of papers on the subject.
