Overheated eh, ouch. Welcome to NICO Club!
I think you'll need to get into diagnostic mode with your car and see how much damage has occurred. You'll want to do a compression test on each cylinder. You'll want to check your coolant and oil for levels and contamination. You'll want to take a visual inspection of your wires (I overheated once, put the pedal to the metal and got another 20 miles before melting all the wires along the valve cover, literally melted).
You should check the car's ECU (computer) for diagnostic codes. See the FSM at the EF & EC chapter at page 49 for instruction to pull codes. General diagnostic instruction starts at page 44. Also just do some basin internet investigation for 300zx overheated and see what has happened to others.
Be like a pro and use the Factory Service Manual (FSM) in your work. Here'a link to the PDF, which you can download to your device for later viewing:

Please let us know how it goes and if you have any specific questions or further details to share.
I like Pismo. I went to the "Pink Prison" for middle school. I need to forget to take a left at Albuquerque and visit again.
