Check your fuses?

Does the car start?

Battery connection?

Ground connection?

What do you mean you "broke" the main harness? This kind of thing is very difficult to help over the internet because we are not there to see what you did or if you unplugged anything while changing the harness. Best I can tell you is trace back your steps, something is either unplugged or not connected properly

Ummmmm, you need to replace that ECU connector...and as nissanfreak says obviously there is a short or lack of continuity somewhere in your path of work to sort out, we all have them and it's a PITA, but part of the job troubleshooting your work. Goes towards the idea of using known, proven methods (fsm tests/procedures) and proper procedures for broken parts which are easily traced for our own errors, and hidden further problems...

Wait but is the harness even connected to any dash connections which can cause it not turn on?

Are you absolutely sure your ignition switch is getting power? You can test this by taking the coversoff behind steering wheel and unscrewing the module behind the key assembly. Its an easy test with a multimeter.
