The 90 Z that I purchased had barely been driving by the previous owner. 2,500 miles since 2009. So I've been replacing lots of routine parts & doing fixes here & there. An issue that I've come across has been the car stalling when at a stop. Seems I have to keep one foot on the break & the other on the throttle keeping it around 1k rpm. I have replaced the fuel hoses, regulator, filter, plugs (ordered from Z1).

Thinking it was a fuel issue, but it's still stalling after all of that. The car had an old aftermarket come filter that was in bad shape. I couldn't find an adapter, as this one had the MAF screwed to it. So, I went with a stock dual air box. Can the stalling be related to this? Possible that I'm not getting enough air while at a stop?

Stalling it likely an IACV issue, it's located on the back of the plenum, drivers side, take it off and clean it up, it's gets gummy and sticks and when you let off the gas suddenly it can't open quickly enough and the car stalls.

I'd also clean the MAF with MAF cleaner, perhaps it was very dirty from the previous replaced cone filter and they also have been known to get gummy and dirty from the oil in the cone filters, so it's worth the few bucks for the spray cleaner. I run dual cone intakes and clean the MAF's every time I clean/service the filters.
Also, I'd check all vacuum hoses for leaks and also check the two large PTU connections for corrosion that can also be an idle issue when the car gets hot.

I did clean the MAF this past week. Also ordered another one to be safe. I'll get to pulling the iacv tomorrow & hopefully that solves it. All of your guy's info is much appreciated. That's why I've always liked the nissan community.

No problem, Good Luck!
Oh, and BTW learn from my mistake and if you need to get another IACV, buck up for new along with an upgrade harness and don't be like me and get a "good used" one with an upgrade harness. I now get to buy a new one as my mechanic explained that due to their construction and use they are never really right if used and a new one will be best to solve a problem...and seems to be the case with my idle which although pretty good, is not perfect and it does not warm up correctly.
