90 NA fuel injector problem

So i got my fuel rail off along with the injectors. i am trying to get the injectors out but they dont want to come out. Does any one have a some advice on how to get the injectors out with damaging them?

Vice-grips and a towel. Lightly clamp the towel to the top of the injector and twist it out very gently. Take a little time to twist and jiggle it out.

Basically find a socket that fits on the little ridge on the underside of the injector, place the rail in a vice lightly and tap the injector out from the bottom.
