90 300zx wil crank but wont start

hey guys I recently replaced my engine for my 1990 300zx n/a and it will crank but wont start. my security light keeps blinking I'm not sure if it has anything to do with it. any ideaas on what th problem could be?

Have you checked your ecu for code? Do this first and then come back with what you find.

Try unlocking the driver door with the key, that should deactivate the security if it is armed. But as far as I remember, the is ran through the starter solenoid. Which means it won't even crank if the security is causing it to not start.

Correct, any security issue will not allow the ignition circuit to close.
Check for codes, and corrosion at all of the major points as well as vacuum hose correctness/integrity and connected/good engine grounds.
