89/91 transmission question

Can someone tell me if I can switch an automatic transmission in a 91 240sx with a manual transmission from a 89 240 sx.

if you also switch the ECU and the necessary wires, then yes.

Also you will need all of the other parts related to a standard transmission.

I have a 89 240 with manual transmission and blown engine(think I threw a rod). I also have a 91 240(twin cam) with automatic transmission which has transmission problems. Will I be able to take the transmission, clutch, etc. from the 89 and put it in the 91?
