87 280Z start up problems

i bought a 280Z awhile back, it a L28E, and my father and i were planing to rebuild it, we ran into some issues though. il explain it

when i start the Engine sometimes i only here a clicking sound, but the car is not turning over...other times i start the Engine and i kinda get a brumby sound.

when the car is started i rev it to around 3-4k and it shuts off.

Before i could get the Car to start i swapped the ECU. and rebuilt the Fuel Injectors.

its a Fuel Injected car... N/A

sorry its 1989 but 280Z you get the point
