Get a stock one that matches the injector and o2 sensor type and call it a day. There's a few options for aftermarket, but you will not see much/any benefit on an otherwise stock car.
If the ECU fried you have a leak, find it and fix it. Then pull up the carpet to make sure you treat any rust on the floor. That said, if the car ran at all IDK about it being a failed ECU, that's always seemed to me to be an all or nothing kind of failure. Could be wrong though. The only time it happened to me the ECU was on fire, so a little bit different circumstances.
