84 nissan 720 4x4

ive got a 84 nissan 720 4x4 with a z24 engine carbeurated. i ripped out the passenger and dirver seats nd did not find any module?box type thing under the drivers seat .does this mean its not ecc? under the pasenger seat are some wiring harnesses but they dont look anything like the computer for the ecc that i have seen pictures of? any idea what the electrical components under the passengers seat are?
