My truck just started acting up. Starts right up and runs great, but lately when it gets up to temp. it starts skipping and losing all power. I think is is ignition related, but dont know if i should just start throwing parts at it or if anyone else has encountered this type of problem. When i hook up my timing light i can see the skip, and it does it on all 4 cylinders. the distributer looks new and the coil tests good. there is an ignition box located inside the truck (passenger side in storage shelf below glove box) I dont know if i should replace that or put in points and condensor and do away with electronics all together. any advise? thanks alot
