720 p/u 81 and 85 4x4 front hub and cv axle interchangeability?

I have an 81 720 (datsun badge) 4x4 that needs a new front hub, and while I am at it, a "cv axle" as well. I have access to an 85 720 4x4 parts truck and both of these parts are in good shape, and upon initial inspection appear similar. The 81 has manual locking hubs.

Even if the hubs do not interchange, would the "cv axle"? I have had a tough time tracking down a replacement (new) and so far this is the only 4x4 truck I have found in the junkyards around here...

Any tips on this replacement? (I haven't yet looked at FSM)

They should interchange.
