I don't want to post my personal email due to spammers. Reduce the size of the picture using Paint or your preferred imager editor.

I reduce the pic size to 20% from original. It did not change the way the picture looked but I guess did something to be able to post here.

I installed the M35 Actuator with the cable I had bought previously, same result. Then I installed the entire old cable on with the M35 Actuator as result then the new cable same result. I cannot use the M35 cable as the plug is different. So basically same result at the end of the day.

Change the setting from 200K (200,000 Ohms) to 2000 Ohms and retest. Once you confirm the M35 Sensor is good (or if bad, do nothing) you can cut off the connector on the Sensor and the Body Wiring Harness and use the 4 Pin Trailer Plug like I did. You need to be 100% sure the old Sensor is bad and the new Sensor is good before you do this. If both Sensors are good then it could be the Body Wiring Harness Connector (like on my M37S) or it could be something else. Have you tested your Motor? I knwo this is all new for you and I am proud of you for trying to fix this and learn new skills along the way.

You have to remove the Sensor from the RAS Assembly to be able to turn the Sensor.

Sorry I didn't notice this earlier. You have the Black Lead on your Multimeter plugged in the wrong Jack. Move it to the "COM" Jack. Retest everything. We will make you into an Electrical Technician eventually....

Haha, ok. I am calling it a night.
I was thinking I may need an alignment as my steering wheel is barley turned left a bit. Do think it's worth getting an alignment at the dealership. Someone on Facebook mentioned electronic steering wheel. Now that think about it I had alignment done at Meineke about two months ago. Then I was out of town for 10 days. When I came back and started driving my 4was problems started. Can that be a correlation? I don't know if they did two or wheel four alignment? Should I get 4 wheel from dealer?

Remove the two Fasteners I circled. The Sensor will then seperate from the Housing,

What you have circled in yellow are not electrical connections. The silver piece is how the Sensor connects to the gear in the Rear Steering Mechanism so that it moves when the motor turns the Rear Steering Mechanism.

The yellow circle are my bad, is that entire metal piece is the sensor? or the what is inside the car side in the metal housing which I guess is installed inside the rack and pinion. So it appears I am trying to take the reading of the wrong thing. The Plug on the other side of the sensor is where I am plugging the multimeter to take the reading. But when I turn the sensor which is spring loaded nothing happens and the sensor return back to its normal position.

Show me how you have connected your meter to the sensor and where you plugged the leads into the meter. Did you set the meter to 2000 ohms?

Tomorrow I am having the driveshaft recall done , 4 wheel alignment and supposedly steering angle sensor calibration. What are your thoughts on those three things. I am paying $150 for calibration and $120 for alignment. Will any of these make the lights go to away.
I really appreciate you.

Only if your Steering Angle Sensor is out of calibration. Which Steering Angle Snesor are you having calibrated? Front? Rear? or Both?

Just FYI, this problem started after I ran of the road. Steering wheel got crooked had Meineke do alignment. Not sure whether they did two or four.
