How much HP will the 4 lugs hold? I was thinking of converting, but if the 4 lugs will hold 300 hp, i will just keep the 4s

I put 299hp and 305 lb ft to my lugcentric 4 lugs and there are many other utting down a LOT more! your 4 lugs will gold as much power as you can put to them

Really the big reason for the switch to 5 lug is the wheel selection. There are plenty of Z guys putting out up to and some times into the 4 digit range and they're still runnin' 4 lugs.

Your flange on your sub axles will be toast long before you start breaking lugs.

You don't need to worry about how much power they will hold. As long as you have hubcentric wheels, you don't really have to worry about breaking them at all. Can't recall the last time I heard of somebody snapping lugs from too much power, talk about grippy tires.

These rims come in 4 lug with the bolt pattern I need so I guess I will stay with 4 lug

the S30 is lugcentric, there si no rear hub to bear any weight and the fortn is cast and has an odd taper which is nto compatible with any hub rings, you'd have to amchine the hub to accept a custom ring, you don't need hubcentric, lugcentric works just fine

whats the offset? jsut because it's the right bolt circle doesn't mean it's the right offset, ti shoudl be about a zero offset on a 7" wide wheel

there are a lto more wheel options int eh correct offset for a 5 lug btu the correct offset for the s30 4 lug has been popularized by the ae86 and the s13's with reverse offset wheels

I think you'll be OK with the 4 lugs.

gubcentric means the cars weight is carried byt the hub in the center of the hweel, the lug nuts hold the wheel to the car btu the weight is all in the middlelugcentric means the hub of the wheel doesn't contact the hub of the car so the shear load is born by the lugs
