Seems there are some decent suggestions but you don't appear to be doing any relevant testing so let's start with troubleshooting 101. Instead of powering up individual circuits, lets see how far the power goes before it stops.
Test for power at the battery, guessing you have voltage here since you are using it to jumper other circuits.
Check your battery cables, The ground cable should have a terminal that bolts to the firewall right behind the battery and one at the end that attaches to one of the bellhousing or starter bolts. The positive lead should terminate at the lug on the starter with a smaller wire leading to the fusible link box.
Test for power at the input side if the fusible links.
Test for power at the output side of each fusible link. These supply power the the relays that allow everything to turn on, I suspect your problem is here.
Test for power at the ignition and eccs relays.
