Check the blue wired fusable link in front of the battery, first one closest to the fender.

check the fuse cable run from the positive battery terminal to the fuse box. check the cable run from the ground terminal to starter. fuses often look perfectly fine on visual inspection. you need to do a continuity test.

warning lights always need to be operational. if they wont blink then it's most likely the main fuse.

So its most likely my main fuse? Because i do not have my efi harness connected and it used to atleast turn on most things with the harness disconnected but now nothign turns on with it disconnected could it be any relays?

if it was any particular relay or fuse then only those items wouldnt work. your radio and lights are on difference circuits for example. so if it was a relay for the lights then the radio would still work.

So i checked my gauge cluster today i took it off and i manually checked it hooked the positive and negative sides to the battery for the antilock and it came on also checked manually my stereo and it turned on then i checked all the ignition cannections and they seemed good. I also just put in my efi harness and my fusible link. I also checked the starter and i touched metal with the wrench and it sparked a little does that mean its okay? I checked all connections my ecu is connected good my fuses are all good i am completely lost all my grounds are good i honestly dont know what else to do if photos are needed or videos let me know please

Seems there are some decent suggestions but you don't appear to be doing any relevant testing so let's start with troubleshooting 101. Instead of powering up individual circuits, lets see how far the power goes before it stops.

Test for power at the battery, guessing you have voltage here since you are using it to jumper other circuits.
Check your battery cables, The ground cable should have a terminal that bolts to the firewall right behind the battery and one at the end that attaches to one of the bellhousing or starter bolts. The positive lead should terminate at the lug on the starter with a smaller wire leading to the fusible link box.
Test for power at the input side if the fusible links.
Test for power at the output side of each fusible link. These supply power the the relays that allow everything to turn on, I suspect your problem is here.
Test for power at the ignition and eccs relays.

So is there supposed to be a wire that connects from the positive side of the starter to the fusible link? Because i remember i took one out that was just dangling

There should be a lead to the fusible link box, otherwise you have no power to anything (sound familiar?). I recall ti came from the positive side terminal but maybe it was bonded to the cable and shared the crimp terminal at the starter end, either way, you must have power to the fusible links from the battery.

Correct, it should be white and about 10 gauge in size. It runs to a fuseable link and the starter solenoid.

I think you solved your own problem
