I will definitely attest to the safety of the car. Well...it's actually a really long story. It was their fault (I had right of way and no traffic control devices and they had a stop sign). However, their insurance company (Allstate) decided that I was 30% responsible because I hit their driver even though he was in the intersection illegally. The police issued him a ticket and told me it was totally his fault. My insurance company told me Allstate was notorious for trying to avoid fault by being a bit unscrupulous.Curtieson wrote:If you don't mind me asking...was it their fault?
