Hey I was curious if anyone has ever tried an inline 6 turbo motor out of a 280z for a 720. Just found a motor and thought that could be interesting....potentially a lot of work since it's a long motor, but I thought I'd throw it out there and see....I might try it if it is realistic at all.

It has been done but it involves a lot of work. As in cutting out the center of the firewall and moving it back. Fabbing custom mounts an so on. I'd like to do it one of these days but I want to have an enclosed shop to rip my truck apart in.

Its not necessary to cut the firewall. Set up the engine in the bay to see if the radiator will fit in the bat or if it needs to go on the outside with the electric fans. Then make the mounts.

That's doable but I want mine to look unmolested as in "sleeper" :chuckle: It's alot of motor for a short space. I dream on about it all the time, one of these days, one of these days.
