240sx wierd electrical problem

i have a 91 240sx. ive had a low voltage reading so i thought it might be the alternator, i took it off, got it tested, it was good. i put the alternator back on, the ground wire bold broke off in the alt. so i got an other bold and put it in a hole in the alt thinking it should be the same. turns out its the battery, so i buy a brand new battery and it started right up but now none of my electrical works(headlights come on but dont pop up, power seat belts, dash lights ect.) after i drive the car for about a min then they all come right one. also, none of the electrical works while the car is off. so, the battery is new, the alt is good, what the hell is the problem???? lol fuses, wiring,?? im thinking it might be the ground wire on the alt?! please help

ive read alot of forums on this same topic.. 75w relay in the engine bay fuse box???????????? what do you think

probably.... if u ground out the alt or starter it tends 2 blow that 75amp fuse try replacing it...

yeah. that was deff the problem, i couldnt find one anywhere so i just put a paper clip inside of it lol
