240SX Starting Issue After Winter

Hey guys,
I'm looking into buying my first 240SX and this is one option for me in particular.

He has offered it to me at a cheaper price then advertised and I am very interested but I'm looking to find out what you guy's think is most likely the issue after having say all winter?

I would be very cautious about buying a car i cannot start.

What are your plans for the car overall? Are you looking for a project? If the body is in good shape, it has an LSD, a nice alarm system, etc., less than $1000 isn't a terrible deal. You could easily score a running DOHC long block, ecu, and harness for under $500 - plus probably another $250 or so for MAF, plugs, wires, hoses, other tuneup stuff, etc. If you're looking for a quick fix you'd be taking a gamble. If anything, it turns over - take a compression tester with you and make sure it's got consistent/good compression. If it won't turn over, take a big ratchet/torque wrench with a 27mm socket and at least see if it isn't locked up.
