Ok, here is the issue; I recently installed a aftermarket turbo manifold and intake manifold on my SR20. The car will start but it idles from high to low and then will cut off after about 10 seconds. I have no clue were to start at, I made sure everything was bolted down good and as far as I know there are no vacuum leaks. Can somebody please help me on this issue I don't know where to start and Im getting fed up. Thanks

Did the car run ok beforehand? Do you have any codes.

Im kind of new at this but what do yo mean by codes? The car ran fine before I installed the new parts. I'm thinking either it has to be tuned again or its the timing.

The light that blinks on the ecu flashes trouble codes. You have s13 SR? It makes a difference

Ok so Do I have to have the car running to see if the light blinks or can I just have the key in the on position.

IF ITS S13, turn key to run position. Take very small Phillips and turn ecu screw clockwise for 2 seconds then turn screw counterclockwise. Light will begin sequence starting with long flashes. Those equal 10. Then fallowed by short flashes which equal 1. For example 3 long flashes and 4 short flashes equals code 34. If you have multiple codes it will read them one after another and continue repeating the sequence.
