240sx speedo and odomotoer not working! need help.

Ok here is the scoop i have a 91 240sx hatch that i swapped an rb20 into did it myself. anyway when i first got it all in and done i took it for a spin and my speedo and tach worked i only got about a mile and my transmission blew on me. couple weeks later i got a ka transmission swapped the bell housing and got a custom light weight driveshaft made swapped it all out and now my speedo isnt working and my tach is. it still worked before i swapped the transmission out i had my driveshaft removed i could put it in gear and release the clutch and my speedo would be working. now after i swapped everything it wont work i replaced the speed sensor and still doesnt work. my odometer isnt working either. im really stuck on what i should do or look for to find the issue. can anyone help me out with ideas or suggest what i should do please.
