Does anyone know the best way to replace a rusted out floor panel in the back passenger side of the 92 Nissan 240 sx?? my car got full of water with the storm that hit us and when I took all the carpet out saw that my passengers side floor panel is rusted very badly!! help help help :cry:

Not easy, but best way would be finding a donor car and cutting the piece out and welding it in (and hope that nothing serious is on the under side of the car in that place).

It’s doable. Just like replacing any floorboard for a uninody car. The cleanest method is to butt weld patch material from a donor car. I lap welded steel sheet to my rear floor pan way back in the day. It was quick and dirty and I plan to replace that with good donor material in the near future.
