Hey guys..which tire size would be better? Rim is Enkei J10 ...18 inch and I believe the offset is 38mm....also..how flush with the fender will this be ? I'm also planning on dropping it soon (nothing extreme)

Thanks

what is the width of the wheels? 18x??

I am currently on 18x8.5 +35 front and rear and i have 20mm spacers for rear, wrap with 225/45. I am also lowered with BC Racing Coilovers.

I am almost flush you can say but I am happy how it sit now.

you can go with either one, if you are on 18x8.5 but I prefer a slight stretch in tires since I am very low. About how flush you will be depend how low you are planning to go. Coilover or Springs? It also depends on the width of the wheel, since the offset if measured from the centre of the wheel to the studs.

I THINK it's 18 X 7.5

38mm offset will be tucked in a bit right? I want to be flush with the fender. How big of a spacer?

As for a drop, only springs..most like Eibachs, but probably not for a while.

You will be tuck in a bit I think if you lower with the Eibach. I am not to sure because I don't have the Eibach to see how much of a change it will do.

To find out what spacers is needed you will have to put the wheels on and lower it and then measure the gap to determine what mm spacers you need.

Measure in inches and convert it.

for comparison, i'm running g35 rims, they're 19x8.5 and 33 offset. since the offset is measured from the center of the rim, if you want to get the same flushness as mine then you would want to compensate by getting something around 27 offset with 225 tires. you might be able to use this to help you get the right offset with your rims: http://www.wheelsmaster.com/rt...-Tire size comparer&showRim1=1&showTire1=1&sw1=215&ar1=45&bd1=18&rd1=18&rw1=8.0&et1=45&showRim2=1&showTire2=1&sw2=165&ar2=70&bd2=13&rd2=13&rw2=5.5&et2=40&text1=&text2=

with a 7.5" rim at 27 offset, the back spacing will be at 5.3" leaving 3.6" from the bolts to the outside of the tire (using a 225 tire). that 3.6" is the same as mine with an 8.5" rim at 33 offset using a 245 tire. if you're running a 7.5" rim i wouldn't go with 245 tires.
