2018 Versa SV stereo swap

Just swapped out the car's original oem type b stereo (28185 9MC1A) with a Nissan oem type c stereo (28185 9KN0A). All of the steering wheel controls work except for the 2 hands free phone buttons and the microphone. In researching, I've come across older Versa's that use the bluetooth jumper (BT-SWC-NI1) to bypass the external bluetooth module. But the jumper is only for 2007-2016 Versa. Anyone know how to get the hands free buttons to work and the microphone to work with a 2018?

The steering switches are easy, two jumpers at the old connector for the BT Unit. Jump pin 12 (White) to pin 17 (Brown) and pin 13 (Pink) to pin 18 (Violet). The mic is a bit more complicated, you probably need to route new wires for a direct connection.
