It could be the tensioner, but that's pretty easy to check. Have an assistant start the car and watch the tensioner while it squeals. If it's going bouncy-bouncy or changes position much after the squealing stops, replace it. There's no big trick to changing the belt. Like most Nissans, take it loose and install the new one at the A/C Compressor pulley. Trying to get it off and on at the crank pulley is a fool's errand.
