Car: 2017 Infiniti Q50

Post

I just purchased an Infiniti Q50 in Canada. I've created my InTouch services account which is free the 1st year of ownership. I've added my InTouch login user ID to my Google account to be able to use the 'send to car' in Google Maps. Even though I get a notification from Google that it has been sent, it does not appear in the list under Google send to car InTouch application in the car even after connecting to the center.

Is anyone using this feature? What ID does Google want. Is it my user ID used to login my Infiniti Connection web portal?

Congrats on your Q50. I just went off the free 6 months, didn't use enough to re-subscribe. But you should be able to call your Personal Assistant from your car (part of the InTouch/Infiniti Connection services) and literally ask them "anything", including assistance with InTouch/Google connectivity.

When I bought my Red Sport part of the salesperson showing me everything was calling the Infiniti Personal Assistant hotline and setting me up, and putting their number in my favorites. It really is a concierge service, you can ask anything from a sports score, to weather, to setting up a dinner reservation, to downloading directions to your car, to "help with any features"......anything.

I would call your personal assistant, they will help you........enjoy your new car.
