2016 Infiniti aftermarket sway bars

Discussion of Infiniti's amazing (and underrated) sport-luxury crossovers, the EX35 and EX37. For 2014, the EX series will be renamed QX50, in line with Ininfiit's new naming conventions.

I am looking for the Hotchkis sway bar kit for the 2016 Infiniti QX50 AWD (for I have the 2016 Infiniti QX50 AWD). Does anyone know the exact part numbers for the Hotchkis kit. Is it the same for a 2013 Infiniti G37 AWD coupe or sedan? Thanks

22443 Hotchkis will fit. As another poster pointed out on this site, the rear ones (the nipples for re-greasing the hotchkis sway bar bushings) will touch the rear wind deflectors. You can either get a bunch of stainless steel thick washers to lower the wind deflector a little bit or try and find a longer bolt.

All done, installed the Hotchkis 22443 on my 2016 QX50 AWD. I really don't drive it much at all and just went few miles in it afterwards. I'll need to get it out and run through some tight turns. I think I'm going to need to do a lot more to get it closer to the G coupe I daily drive.

I got the swaybars (hotchkis 224443 installed back in dec 2021. It handles a little better. I think I have to adjust it to the stiffest setting. I have it in the middle setting. It’s a little better then stock but not by much. It does stick like glue in the turns. Anybody have any feedback?

I've only put about 50 miles on mine since the switch. After driving it and jumping back into the coupe the QX almost seems to bounce more over undulating highway. I have the rear set in the middle and the front set at the furthest in hole. I really need to go put some miles on it.

I noticed the ride was a bit firmer/tighter but still very comfortable barely any difference from stock. So from going from stock to the hotchkis there’s a bit of difference. The suv still has a bit of roll but now it’s a bit better. I have the 2016 qx50 awd with the 19”wheels. This thing is impressive performance suv. I had mustang lx 5.0 and 1994 Camaro z28 and 88 pontiac firebird formula 350. It’s pretty close to those car’s performance except handling they where better obviously lol. I have a strut brace in the front. I would like to get a brace for under the front to make it a bit sharper in turns. Some braces are available in the g37 sedans but some will not fit the qx50.

I have the front set to the softest setting and the rear set to middle. Handling was slightly improved with older tires. Recently I put in the Power Stop BBK (same as Akebono). I wanted to keep my OEM 19 inch wheels so had to put in longer wheel studs and a slip on hub-centric 15mm wheel spacers on both front and back. I also replace new tires. Now the handling has improved a bit more. However, not sure if it's because of new tires and slightly wider track with the wheel spacers.

Took the QX on a 1500 mile trip. I was worried the ride would be harsh compared to before the sway bars, it is not. The trip was mainly interstate but I did get a chance to run about 400 miles of secondary 2 lane roads with a few oops turn here quickly events. I am pleased with the improvement the sway bars have made. Brakes are up next.

Glad u like the hotchkis swaybars. I feel the same. Tell us which brake upgrades u will go with and if there will be for the front or back or both. I recently put rear brakes pads only. I put powerstop basic ceramic z17 or z23 pads don’t remember. I needed rear brakes to pass inspection. They feel a little better than stock. Next time I will go for powerstop z26 brakes or something better then stock.
